RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and protective elements must be intact
- Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

RETURN SHIPPING

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items returned without original packaging
- Any items returned outside of the 14-day window

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
